Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the time of delivery.
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
🌿 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
• An unboxing video of the package is required for any damage or defect claim.
• The item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition as received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all protective inserts.
Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our candles and décor items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been lit, used, or damaged after delivery, unless they arrived defective.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or personalized candles (including custom colours, engravings, or fragrances made on request)
• Used candles or décor items showing signs of use
📦 Transit Damage or Defective Products
While we ensure every product is carefully packed, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Shipping Your Return

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
For fragile items like candles, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service.
🕯️ Natural Product Variations
Jagmugg candles are handcrafted using natural soy wax, and small variations may occur in:
• Colour tone
• Texture
• Surface frosting
These are natural characteristics of soy wax and are not considered defects.
⚖️ Delivery Confirmation & Payment Disputes
All Jagmugg orders are shipped through verified courier partners with delivery tracking.
Once an order is marked delivered by the courier partner, Jagmugg will not be responsible for claims of non-delivery unless verified by the shipping provider.
Customers are requested to contact us first for resolution before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
